What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract and Procurement Manager position at NYC Office Of The Mayor?
ENDGBV is seeking a Contract and Procurement Manager who will report directly to the Executive Direct
of Finance Operations and Strategic Planning.
- Responsible for the complete contract management process for all ENDGBV contracts.
- Review contract proposals and negotiate contracts that meet the policy objectives of ENDGBV,
the budget constraints applicable to individual contracts.
- Communicate frequently with agency and community partners to monitor all steps of contract
- Maintain detailed tracking documents and status reports for management.
- Manage domestic and gender-based violence related contracts and various agreements with
goals and reporting on deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with ENDGBV staff to track vendor performance over the course of the
site visits and provide technical support to vendors.
- Assist with other Finance Unit projects.
Qualifications:
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, accredited by regional, national,
Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and three years of
satisfactory full-time professional experience in the areas described in “1" above.
Preferred Qualifications and/or Skills:
- Experience in analyzing data, reviewing contracts and written reports;
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft
- Excellent organization, planning and time management coordination skills;
- Knowledge of NYC PPB rules, FMS, Passport and HHC Accelerator a plus.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
