Rate : $70/ Hourly on W2
Position Description/Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:
Salesforce consultant to support the new Salesforce solution.
I. Client Interaction & Requirements Gathering:
Meetings with clients: Participating in discovery sessions, status updates, workshops, and Q&A sessions.
Gathering business requirements: Eliciting needs from stakeholders through interviews, surveys, and observation.
Documenting requirements: Creating user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
Presenting solutions: Explaining proposed Salesforce configurations or customizations to clients.
Providing updates: Communicating progress, challenges, and next steps to clients and project managers.

Customizing Salesforce: Developing custom components, Apex code, Visualforce pages, or Lightning Web Components (if in a technical role).
Data management: Importing, exporting, cleansing, and migrating data.
Building reports and dashboards: Creating and refining reports to meet client reporting needs.
Testing configurations and code: Performing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshooting issues: Investigating and resolving bugs or user-reported problems.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- 84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Desired Qualifications:
- 84 Months of Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configuration and administration
- 60 Months of Experience in Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflow rules
- 60 Months of Experience in Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow
- 60 Months of Experience in Proficiency in managing user profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings to ensure data security and access control
- 60 Months of Experience in creating and optimizing reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights
- 60 Months of Experience in Familiarity with the Salesforce AppExchange and the ability to recommend and integrate third-party solutions
- 60 Months of Experience in Understanding of Salesforce data management best practices, including data loading, cleansing, and de-duplication
- 60 Months of Experience in Understanding of Salesforce data management best practices, including data loading, cleansing, and de-duplication
