We're Hiring: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the OCM workstream lead, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and resources.
- Coordinate OCM tasks, deliverables, quality reviews, status reporting, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, communication plans, training plans, resistance management plans, and sustainment plans.
- Support enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives, software development projects, and digital transformation efforts.
- Collaborate with IT project managers, solution architects, technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders to drive successful change adoption.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and implementation activities.
- Track project milestones and identify opportunities to improve organizational readiness and user adoption.
- Ensure all OCM deliverables meet project quality standards, acceptance criteria, budgets, and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Typically 3–5 years of business/industry experience, including 1–3 years of project/program leadership, management, or change management experience.
- Knowledge of PMBOK principles, Organizational Change Management methodologies, and adult learning practices.
- Strong communication, analytical, planning, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
