Hi Folks,We are seeking a senior BA with extensive experience in requirements elicitation, process documentation, facilitation, and government agency projects.Details:Title : Expert Business AnalystLocation : Albany, NYDuration : 24 MonthsClient : New York-basedRate : $48/ HourlyKey Responsibilities:The Expert Business Analyst will be expected to provide Business Analysis support for the client Transformation program. Use recognized business analysis methodologies to elicit requirements from business users Attend meetings, facilitate, and lead requirements sessions with team members Communicate efficiently the business process requirements to IT staff, program staff and stakeholders Develop and document Business Requirements Develop, analyze and revise system diagrams (flowcharts, state diagrams, strategy maps, etc.) as needed on the project Ensure that requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at the analysis and testing phases Track and fully document changes for functional and business specifications Demonstrate Business Analyst processes and techniques to other team members Participate in developing test plans for the project to ensure that program requirements are met Create status reporting mechanism to monitor the status of the above activitiesQualifications: 84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
