Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and working in close partnership with the Chief of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the Associate Director of Health Care functions as the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Director/Administrator providing executive leadership and strategic oversight for all administrative and operational functions within the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Bellevue Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead administrative and clinical operational strategy for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division, aligning with Bellevue's mission and enterprise-wide goals.
- Serve as a key advisor to the Chief Clinical Operations Officer on clinical support services, risk mitigation, workforce needs, and systems improvement.
- Coordinate implementation of hospital- and system-level initiatives, policies, and regulatory priorities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional accountability, and patient-centered operations.
1. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Hospital, Health, Public or Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health or a related discipline; and four (4) years of full-time, paid progressively responsible experience in hospital administration with an emphasis on the development and evaluation of health care delivery services; or
2. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in disciplines, as listed in #1 above; and five (5) years of full-time, paid experience, as described in #1 above.
