Key Responsibilities
- Photograph press events, program launches, community engagements, and internal activities.
- Edit and prepare images for social media, website, publications, and press use.
- Maintain an organized digital photo library and ensure proper tagging and archiving.
- Collaborate across the Public Affairs team to align visuals with messaging goals and brand guidelines.
- Capture timely images for rapid-response needs and priority announcements.
- Manage and maintain photography equipment; recommend upgrades as needed.
- Ensure all imagery meets privacy, accessibility, and agency policy standards.

- Professional photography experience (government, media, nonprofit, or corporate preferred). - Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop). - Strong storytelling ability and experience shooting in varied environments. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills ability to meet tight deadlines. - Flexibility for occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend assignments.
