Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to inspire and educate students across diverse age groups and learning needs (High School). Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs
  • Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate students with disabilities, including those with autism, visual impairments, or developmental disabilities
  • Utilize learning technology and instructional design principles to enhance classroom engagement and understanding
  • Conduct assessments, including standardized testing and formative evaluations, to monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with specialists such as speech therapists, behavioral therapists, and special education professionals to support student success
  • Manage classroom behavior through effective classroom management techniques and behavioral health strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of IEPs (Individualized Education Programs), lesson plans, and student progress reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced certifications or specializations in special education are preferred
  • Proven classroom experience across early childhood education, preschool, or K-12 settings
  • Knowledge of curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and early intervention strategies
  • Experience working with children with disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or in deaf education is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Familiarity with learning technology tools and educational software applications
  • Ability to implement behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and recreational therapy methods when needed
  • Demonstrated skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and instructional design
  • Commitment to child welfare, inclusive education practices, and continuous professional development
