Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the social media strategy specifically for retail marketing initiatives
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns
- Monitor social media performance metrics and analyze engagement data to optimize future strategies
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a community on social media

- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in retail marketing or social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management software
- Ability to analyze data and insights to drive decision-making
