Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) - Day & Night Shifts

Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
Support residents with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort needs
Maintain compliance with professional standards, policies, and long-term care regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements & Skills:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
N.Y.S. Approved C.N.A Certification (mandatory)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care or subacute setting
Basic computer skills
Strong teamwork and communication abilities
Work Environment:
Work in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym and dedicated subacute wing
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate and encourage independence
Support residents transitioning from hospital to home
