Junior Producer, Digital & Social Content (Part-Time) DEPARTMENT: Digital & Social ContentREPORTS TO: Director, Digital & Social ContentJOB STATUS: Seasonal Part-Time, Non-Exempt Description:Built upon our storied legacy, the New York Yankees look to attract the best possible talent not just on the field but in the front office as well. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Producer to join our Digital & Social Content Team for a hands-on, seasonal position that will extend through the end of the 2026 season. In this role, the Junior Producer will play a key part in supporting the team’s video production efforts, contributing to a wide variety of content needs, including but not limited to: game action, special events, product shoots, fan content, pregame ceremonies, and stadium environment. Primary Responsibilities:Assist Yankees Digital & Social Content Team with daily game day needs, including shooting corporate signage, special events, game action, product shoots, ticketing events, fan experience, pregame ceremonies and other projects as assignedHelp archive, label, transcribe, and organize footage from interviews, b-roll, and game actionOther basic video production and office management-related tasks, as assignedMonitor social media trends and present new ideas to enhance the current content strategyShooting and editing social-focused videos for all social platformsAssist with on-site production for gameday and non-gameday eventsAssist the Digital & Social Content Department with other projects as assignedQualifications and Experience: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while making an impact on the team’s digital and social media presenceStrong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact and communicate with individuals on all levels, in both written and verbal formStrong familiarity with professional camera equipment, including Canon cameras and lensesExperience with lighting and audio equipment to ensure high-quality production standardsExperience with Adobe editing systems, including Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and PremiereHigh attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-taskKnowledge of Major League Baseball and the New York YankeesBachelor’s degree preferredFlexible work schedule and ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPortfolio SubmissionPlease include a portfolio of your work, which may be submitted via a link, website, or social media page. This will help showcase your technical skills and creative abilities.Working Conditions and Physical Demands: Carry loads of camera gear up to 50 lbs. at a time while walking, climbing, kneeling, standing, crouching and grasping for long periods of times in a crowded environmentStanding/shooting for 7 hours on game daysKnow where you are at all times during actively play and be extremely aware visually of surroundings at all times as this position puts you in close proximity to fast moving baseballs and batsTravel to locations outside of work for photo shoots as neededThe physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
