NY United Soccer Academy is located in Queens, NYC. We are fun, professional and collaborative. As one of the few clubs in NYC with access to a private soccer field year round. For the upcoming Fall Season, we have our teams competing in EDP, CJSL, and BAYSL.

Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction in a fun and supportive environment
- Provide training and guidance to students in all aspects of the game
- Help students develop positive life skills such as: self-esteem, self-discipline, problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking
- Assist with parent-student interactions
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- Assisting in all aspects of a club soccer program including planning and coaching practices, games, assisting team events, and other club related duties.
- Candidate is expected to deliver enjoyable programming while maximizing skill training.
- Candidates must be responsible, punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
- Previous playing/and or coaching experience is required.
- Must be able to work with students of all ages.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to provide instruction and guidance to students of all abilities.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Must possess a coaching licensure upon hire (USSF, CONMEBOL, UEFA, etc..)
- Ability to effectively manage player behavior and maintain discipline during training sessions and games.
- Spanish speaking candidate is a plus.
- CPR/AED certification is preferred but not required.
