NY TEAM Federal Credit Union is seeking a friendly, motivated, and member-focused Full Time Loan Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist members with consumer lending needs while providing exceptional service and helping members find the best financial solutions available.
Responsibilities:
- Take and process loan applications including:
- Personal Loans
- Auto Loans
- Credit Card Applications
- Other consumer loan products
- Interview members and gather required loan documentation
- Review applications for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate with members regarding loan status and required information
- Cross-sell additional Credit Union products and services when appropriate
- Provide excellent member service both in person and over the phone
- Maintain accurate loan records and documentation
- Assist with general branch and member service duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior banking, lending, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience with consumer lending is a plus
