Key Responsibilities Of An Entry Level Sales Manager
- Lead by example through direct customer engagement and appointment setting
- Oversee and support a team of Entry Level Sales Representatives, ensuring individual and team sales goals are met
- Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing training to team members to improve performance and morale
- Monitor daily activities and performance metrics; report team progress to senior leadership
- Build and nurture relationships with both customers and team members
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and team performance in the CRM system
- Participate in leadership training sessions and contribute to team strategy meetings
- 2 years of Managerial/Team Lead Experience
