Compensation: $220,000 – $300,000 DOE
What You’ll Own: Lead and mentor DONs and clinical teams; drive quality, survey readiness, and compliance; conduct site visits and implement performance improvements; partner with leadership to standardize best practices.
What You Bring:
Active RN license in NY & NJ
SNF leadership experience required (multi-site preferred)
Strong knowledge of LTC regulations and survey process
