Role Description
This is a Chauffeur position. The Chauffeur will be responsible for providing high-quality transportation services, including safe and punctual travel to and from pre-determined locations. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of company vehicles, assisting passengers with luggage, adhering to traffic regulations, and delivering outstanding customer service during each journey. The Chauffeur is expected to manage schedules efficiently, ensure vehicle safety checks, and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience with Transportation industry
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide a professional and courteous experience
- Knowledge of Operations Management processes
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with routes in the New Jersey and New York areas
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience as a professional driver or chauffeur is a plus
