About the Role
As a Holiday Light Installer, you'll help transform homes and businesses into beautiful holiday displays. This hands-on, outdoor position keeps you active while working with a team to install professional lighting displays. What You'll Be Doing
- Install and remove professional Holiday light displays
- Hang lights on rooflines, trees, shrubs, and commercial properties
- Work safely on ladders and elevated surfaces
- Troubleshoot minor lighting issues when needed
- Load, unload, and organize lighting materials and equipment
- Work as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer experiences
- Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and dependable with strong attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders and elevated surfaces
- Physically able to lift equipment and stay active throughout the day
- Team player who communicates well and takes pride in quality work
- Valid driver's license required
- Able to work full-time throughout the holiday season
- Available to work overtime and Saturdays during peak season
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, roofing, tree service, painting, electrical work, warehouse work, moving, or general labor is a plus, but not required—we provide training
