You’ll be part of the office marketing e-commerce rhythm that keeps NYFS blooming. Here’s what a typical week might look like:
💬 Front Office Magic
- Be the friendly face that greets walk-ins and florists (bonus points if you love a good floral pun).
- Answer phones, reply to emails, and assist customers on the floor.
- Keep our front area looking as fresh as our flowers.
📊 Admin & E-Commerce Flow
- Enter data into QuickBooks and our floral CRM (Komet Sales) — don’t worry, we’ll train you.
- Help manage listings and orders on Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart.
- Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and general office organization.
📣 Marketing & Creative Fun
- Jump in on email blasts, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Brainstorm fun ways to keep our online presence blooming.
- Work with a small, upbeat team that loves collaboration and creativity.

🧠 Detail-oriented, organized, and quick to learn new tools.
💻 Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
