Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY (In-Person)
Please Note: This is an in-person position based in New York City. Applicants must currently reside within commuting distance of Manhattan or be planning to relocate before their start date. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
At NY Events, we help nationally recognized brands connect directly with customers through face-to-face marketing campaigns across the New York City metropolitan area. We're seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist who is excited to build a career in sales, marketing, and leadership while working in one of the most dynamic markets in the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nationally recognized brands at face-to-face marketing campaigns throughout the New York City area
- Engage with customers professionally while delivering exceptional service
- Generate new customer acquisitions and consistently meet performance goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with team members and participate in daily training sessions
- Continuously develop your sales, marketing, and leadership skills
Requirements
- Must currently live within commuting distance of New York City or be relocating before employment begins
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work full-time in an in-person environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or marketing
- Experience working directly with customers
- B2B or B2C sales experience is a plus
