NY Clark is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Brand Ambassador supporting our AT&T Wireless retail program throughout the Yonkers, NY area.
This is a full-time, in-person position focused on brand promotion, retail sales, customer engagement, and wireless product education. Brand Promotions Associates work directly with customers inside retail locations, introducing AT&T wireless products and services, explaining current promotions, and helping customers find options that fit their needs.
No previous wireless, marketing, or sales experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing mentorship to help new team members develop their communication, sales, and customer engagement skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Represent and promote AT&T Wireless inside retail store locations
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face conversations
- Introduce customers to current AT&T wireless products, services, and promotions
- Educate customers on available plans, devices, upgrades, and service options
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless solutions
- Support customer acquisition and retail sales goals
- Create positive and professional brand experiences
- Work alongside team members to achieve individual and team performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, customer engagement, and leadership development
- Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotional offers
