Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support the daily operations of our HVAC storefront and warehouse. This role is responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, picking and preparing customer orders, loading and unloading deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
- Organize and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly.
- Assist customers with order pickups when needed.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if certified).
- Follow company safety procedures and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and order management.
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified).
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
