Key Responsibilities
Specific duties vary by assignment and may include:
- Maintaining a professional, alert, and attentive security presence
- Monitoring assigned areas and conducting patrols as directed
- Following established post orders and security procedures
- Identifying, addressing, and reporting security concerns appropriately
- Communicating professionally with client personnel, visitors, and management
- Completing accurate incident documentation and shift reports as required
Qualifications
- Previous security experience strongly preferred
- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Sound judgment, situational awareness, and the ability to remain composed under pressure
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Ability to perform applicable physical duties, including standing, walking, and patrols, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations
- Ability to complete applicable pre-employment screening
