Pay & Benefits
- $70,000 per year, depending on experience, with monthly and quarterly bonus potential

What You'll Do
As a Property Manager at Nxt Property Management, no two days are the same. You'll spend your time:
- Delivering outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
- Scheduling and conducting property tours
- Following up with leads and assisting with resident questions
- Managing resident files and processing invoices
- Overseeing maintenance and leasing staff
- Supporting residents with work order scheduling
- Driving financial and operational performance of the property
What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with fair housing laws, sales techniques and leasing experience
- Experience with Entrata Property Management Software
- Understanding of financials and budgets
- 6 months of multifamily property management experience
- 6 months of supervisory experience
