What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining the property's appearance, functionality, and resident satisfaction by:
- Completing maintenance service requests in occupied apartment homes
- Performing preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Preparing vacant apartments for new residents
- Maintaining community grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and other building systems
- Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and team members
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Apartment, multifamily, or property maintenance experience
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, or general repairs
- Experience with groundskeeping and property upkeep
- Competitive pay: $20 per hour depending on experience
