Nxt Property Management is looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Leasing Agent to join our team at Altair at Riverwalk in West Haven, UT. This position plays an important role in helping prospective residents find a home they'll love and ensuring current residents receive outstanding service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents with property tours, phone inquiries, and online leads
- Deliver excellent customer service through timely communication and follow-up
- Support residents with maintenance requests, documentation, and account questions
- Assist with administrative tasks and community operations as needed

Qualifications
- 6 months of sales or customer service experience
- Experience in multifamily housing (preferred)
- Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software
- Understanding of Fair Housing laws
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
