What You'll Be Doing
- Greet and guide prospective residents through tours, phone calls, and digital inquiries
- Deliver excellent customer service with timely follow-up and support
- Assist residents by scheduling maintenance requests and keeping accurate Records
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
- At least 6 months of sales experience
- Previous multifamily housing experience preferred (6 months)
- Experience with Entrata software is a plus
- A positive, driven individual who is passionate about helping residents feel at home
