The Role: We’re looking for a Lead Recruiter and acting Account Manager. You’ll be a hands-on leader, optimizing processes, mentoring your team, and actively helping them close roles with clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Roll up your sleeves to help recruiters close critical roles with clients
- Collaborate with leadership to set KPIs and ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets
- Drive $1M in annual revenue through direct hire placements in technology, product management, and executive search.
- Help win new business through networking, referrals, and recruiting.
- Foster a culture of persistence, hard work, and camaraderie while keeping Nxt Level’s standards high
- Develop recruitment strategies to target top-tier candidates in civil engineering, legal, and technology
- Maintain a focus on results, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement
