Summary/Objective
This position will serve as a member of the brand NXT Sports (NXT) within the company 3Step Sports. Specifically, this position will serve as a member of the NXT Sales Team. This team is responsible for fulfilling the portfolio of 60 annual events and executing an exceptional on-site customer experience.
This role must have a deep understanding of the youth lacrosse landscape and NXT’s place within it. The sales team’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all NXT programs are full. This position will collaborate with and report to members of the sales team and be responsible for new sales lead generation, maintaining accurate customer data, enhancing brand reputation, digital content creation, and analysis of metrics to optimize social media channels and other external communication methods. KPI’s for this position center on increasing the NXT Lacrosse brand footprint and generating new business. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and has experience in sports videography and/or photography.

Essential Functions
- Create monthly digital footprint reports to be shared with the Regional Marketing Manager and Brand Directors.
- On-site support at NXT events; tasks can include but are not limited to site director, social media coverage, photography, videography, and more.
- Execute social media and sales strategy initiatives on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
- Uphold brand standards, identity, and consistency through photo, video, and graphics across platforms.
- Research social media trends, best practices, insights, and develop strategies utilizing that information.
- Manage freelancers to generate content at NXT Lacrosse events.
- Manage content library and social media content calendar for NXT Lacrosse
- Create brand and platform-specific content including but not limited to short-form video, photography, promotions, link sharing, text-only, and more.

This job operates in a professional office setting and at outdoor sporting events. The employee must be able to stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time, exempt position the hours of work are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Required Education and Experience
This job operates in a professional office setting and at outdoor sporting events. The employee must be able to stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. Required Education and Experience
- College degree from an accredited 4-year University or College.
- Experience managing or working with a brand’s social media account.
- Fluent in all major social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop) or other video editing software.
- Clean driving record
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple different projects at once.
- Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent grammar.
Preferred Experience
Sports photography and/or videography
Sports photography and/or videography
- 1-3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong graphic design eye; ability to identify graphic design trends within the industry
- Lacrosse background
