POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Coordinator in Logistics/Warehouse will manage our client needs within the supply chain, acting as a liaison to ensure smooth operations from order to delivery, handling inventory, coordinating shipments (inbound/outbound), resolving issues, managing documentation, and maintaining strong client/carrier relationships to optimize efficiency and satisfaction. This role blends customer service with operational oversight, focusing on accuracy, timely fulfillment, and cost control in a dynamic environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, freight carriers, suppliers, and internal
- Oversee the entire order cycle, ensuring accurate processing, tracking, and fulfillment of customer requests.
- Schedule and manage inbound/outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents, and track transportation.
- Address and resolve discrepancies, shipping errors, and logistical challenges.
- Analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records, log, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Will be required to occasionally travel to job sites for coordinating the delivery and installation of projects
- Will be assigned to managing all aspects of domestic, international, residential, and/or commercial projects
- Operate in compliance with company’s policies and procedures
- Working schedule is Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Maybe required to work after business hours to accomplish tasks at hand as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in logistics or administrative support roles.
- Familiar with Logistics Inventory Software: Magaya, Dispatch Track, Samsara is a plus

- Manages and orchestrates on-site and off-site activities related to project installation
- Requires flexibility and adaptability as unforeseen challenges arise during the management and installation of projects
- Must be able to thrive under pressure and maintain composure
Organizational Skills
- Maintains accurate records of incoming and outgoing merchandise and client inventory
- Keeps abreast of production schedules, shipping alerts, and inventory updates
- Prepares domestic and international shipping documents for projects outside of the market
- Must be able to generate company documents with utmost accuracy

- Ability to properly manage projects/jobs to meet client time restrictions and project deadlines
- Must have the ability to handle several clients, vendors, and projects simultaneously
- Must be able to comprehend the overall dynamics of a project/job and be able to prioritize events to maintain a smooth and uninterrupted flow

- Must be able to resolve problems on the spot as they arise during an installation/job
- Find creative approaches to solving unexpected complications

- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Skilled in ascertaining the needs of clients and the requirements of projects/jobs
- Thorough communication of clients’ needs and requirements with team members
- Capable of addressing client concerns and overcoming any objections
- Reporting and updating clients/management with activities related to projects/jobs
Budgeting
- Possess the ability and the know-how of accurately estimating jobs/projects
- Knowledge of company portfolio of services and corresponding charges
- Accurately calculate charges and bill clients in a timely manner
- May be required to assist in collection of client debt
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The hourly range for this role is from $22.00 to $27.00. However, specific compensation for the role will depend on the experience level.
