Technology Support:
- Serve as the primary contact for IT help desk requests, providing prompt and courteous support to employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access to systems and applications.
- Assist with new employee technology set up, including workstation configuration and onboarding support.
- Support regular maintenance updates and patches for operating systems and approved software.
- Assist with asset management, including inventory and tracking of hardware and software licenses.
- Participate in periodic system testing, upgrades and back up procedures.
- Help to Review, Implement, and review Fraud Detection Software(s)
- Review and Investigate Fraud Cases of all types.
- Review Debit Card G/L throughout the month and discuss cases with Deposit Operations Reg. E Dispute Processor
- Write up SAR reports of Fraud Cases
- Process Counterfeit Money
- Update the Bank’s Telephone Alert System
- Assist with placing service calls on branch security equipment and ATMs
- Associates degree in Information Technology or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT help desk/technical and security support.
