Job Description
The Inventory Control Specialist will maintain the organizations inventory, ordering and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurement.
Responsibilities
- Manage the creation of bin locations.
- Handle warehouse transfers
- Conduct daily cycle counts.
- Conduct randomized spot counts.
- Physical audits
- Create part numbers.
- Preform adjustments and variances.
- Analyze scrap bins.
- Investigate material issues.
- Preform other related duties as requested.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk up to 3 hours at a time.
- Ability to be outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to reach above head and squat to the floor.
- Ability to safely climb ladder/step carts.
- Ability to travel up to 40%
Hours of Work
This is considered a full-time, non-exempt position.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office/365, proficiency with Microsoft Excel is an asset
- High school diploma
