This is a high-impact hunter role for a proactive individual with a proven track record in commercial business development. You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing large-scale commercial contracts ranging from $25,000 to $10,000,000 . You won’t just be finding "leads"; you will be opening doors and walking roofs with the decision-makers of Colorado’s most significant commercial assets.
- Pipeline Generation: Generate a minimum of 40 new qualified leads per month and move at least 10 through the pipeline stages (prospect to proposal).
- Strategic Networking: Leverage your existing network in commercial property management, commercial brokerage, and HOA groups to secure 8–10 high-value client meetings per month.
- Consultative Sales: Present NWR’s value proposition, emphasizing our technical expertise in TPO, EPDM, and specialized/complex roofing systems.
- Collaborative Handoff: Work closely with NWR estimators to ensure 100% accuracy in proposals and provide a seamless transition from client engagement to project execution.
- Market Dominance: Attend a minimum of 2 major industry events/trade shows per quarter (e.g., BOMA) to represent the NWR brand.
- Direct Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of business development experience specifically within commercial roofing, commercial real estate, or property management sectors.
- Established Network: An active book of contacts within the Denver commercial property landscape for immediate impact.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with CRM systems , drone technology, and the ability to understand complex roofing specifications.
- Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet a quarterly sales quota of $1.25M ($5M annually).
