About NWM Risk Management: We partner with banks and lenders to monitor the progress of residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring funds are disbursed appropriately and work is completed as expected. What you'll do: Conduct on-site inspections of construction projects, document progress with photos and detailed notes, and submit timely reports through our platform. Requirements: Reliable transportation, a smartphone or tablet for reporting, and the ability to walk construction sites, including uneven terrain, in various weather conditions.
Prior construction, inspection, or real estate experience is a plus but not required. Pay structure: Contractors are paid per completed inspection, with typical monthly earnings in the $35-$200 range depending on inspection volume in your area. This is a flexible, 1099 independent contractor role.
