Our agency is looking for ambitious and outgoing individuals to join our team. We need the Customer Sales Assistant to be the face and voice of our campaigns, connecting with customers and closing sales for cutting-edge energy solutions. We expect the Customer Sales Assistant to bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. You'll be responsible for direct customer interaction, product presentation, and contributing to overall team success.
Customer Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly face of our clients, engaging directly with potential customers in various settings to sell energy products and services.
- Proactively initiate conversations and build instant rapport with customers to understand their needs and present tailored energy solutions.
- Master the art of the presentation and successfully close sales, driving customer acquisition for our client partners.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of leads and meticulously track sales activity and results.
- Participate in daily Customer Sales Assistant meetings and workshops to share best practices and strategize for new markets.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all energy products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Contribute to a high-energy, positive team culture by hitting individual Customer Sales Assistant and collective team sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiently transition new customers through the sales process.
