What You’ll Be Doing (and Winning At)
- Meet with homeowners and businesses (appointments are set up for you—no endless cold calls).
- Walk properties, listen to client needs, and recommend the best tree care solutions.
- Build trust, close deals, and oversee the jobs you sell.
- Follow up with clients and coordinate with crews to deliver exactly what you promised.
- Show hustle—whether it’s making calls, knocking on doors, or finding creative ways to connect—you’ll do what it takes to keep business growing, especially in the slower months.
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve got a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed—lazy isn’t in your vocabulary.
- You’re coachable, eager to learn, and ready to earn while doing it.
- You like people—you can build rapport quickly and genuinely enjoy helping others.
- You’re organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- ISA Certification is a plus—but if you don’t have it, we’ll help you get it within 6 months.
