We operate manufacturing facilities throughout the United States. We have an immediate opening, seeking full-time Infeed Operator at our facility in Marienville, PA. This is a great opportunity that can provide exciting growth within the organization.
Responsibilities include:
• Watch monitor screen and use control buttons to power infeed station.
• Straighten skews on accumulation deck.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Remove lumber shims from accumulation deck and place into basement chute.
• Correct board skews and hang-ups at infeed, inspectors, unscrambler and surge deck locations.
• Assist with other tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements include:
- Must be safety conscious, have a positive attitude, and work well in a team environment
- Must have and maintain an excellent attendance record
- Work at a fast pace and be a detail-oriented team player
- Pre-employment drug screen required
- Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Always required to wear personal protective equipment
- Cross-training in other production-related jobs
- Job rotation is required to grow your skills in other areas
- An all-around positive work attitude, at all times
