What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weld Shop/Fabricator position at NWH Roof & Floor Truss Systems?

Looking for an individual who can supervise all production operations, plan, schedule, and coordinate all areas to fulfill our orders in a timely manner. Must be able to read blue prints and build machines from the ground up. Willing to teach others and be a team leader. This position will collaborate closely with both office and shop employees to ensure that the project process is completed from start to finish.
- Proven leadership skills in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to assist with assembling of equipment if required
- Willingness to assist with other areas of the manufacturing process
- Manufacturing experience is required
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and multi-task with excellent attention to details.
- Pay is based on experience.
