Job Title: Service Coordinator

Overview:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and organizing service operations to ensure high-quality support and satisfaction for clients and customers. This role involves scheduling services, managing communications between clients and employees, maintaining records, and ensuring the timely delivery of services in accordance with company standards and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, follow-ups, and ongoing support through phone and email.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and service personnel.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure it meets established standards.
- Maintain accurate client records, service logs, and documentation.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and service issues.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure effective service integration.
- Track and report on service performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Handle administrative duties related to service delivery, including data entry, reporting, and invoice processing.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and service staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
