Wash Tech

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Wash Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their wash requests, processing payments, and performing high-quality wash services. This role involves using a power washer wand, soap, water, and manual brushing techniques to clean a variety of vehicles and equipment of different sizes. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this position.

Duties

• Assist customers with wash service requests and process payments.
• Maintain self-serve wash bays by rinsing down mud, debris, and other residues as needed.
• Provide detailed and efficient cleaning services for vehicles, trailers, trucks, and equipment.
• Properly dispose of trash and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a vehicle or equipment wash role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues (preferred but can be trained).
• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Flexibility to work various hours based on project demands.
• A valid driver's license may be required for certain roles.
• Physically capable of rigorous movement, including washing large vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Ability to climb ladders to access and clean the interiors of 53-ft refrigerated trailers.
• Willingness to wear protective waterproof gear, including rubber boots, gloves, and goggles (provided by the company).
