What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tow Truck Driver/Operator position at NWA Towing & Recovery?
We are looking for an experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team at our Rogers, Lowell, Springdale, and Fayetteville locations in NWA. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing vehicles, providing roadside assistance, and responding to emergency calls. This position requires a valid driver's license, good communication skills, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have a customer service mindset, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a tow truck to transport vehicles.
- Secure vehicles to the tow truck bed using chains, straps, and other equipment.
- Inspect and maintain tow truck equipment.
- Communicate with customers and provide customer service.
- Follow safety protocols and laws.
- Perform basic maintenance on the vehicle such as checking fluids and tire pressure.

-Reside in/around Lowell/Rogers, but can also hire for our Springdale & Fayetteville locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $775.00 - $950.00 per week
