What are the responsibilities and job description for the Escape Room Facilitator position at NWA Escape Room?
If you have wanted to get the chance to join the exciting world of escape rooms, then this is your chance. These are a really fun activity for families or friends and also work really well for team-building exercises for other businesses.
This facilitator will need to have good people-skills as they will directly be working with the customers to help create a remarkable escape room experience. They will also need to be detail oriented in order to reset the rooms consistently. And they will need to be able to think quickly to improvise solutions to random problems that might arise.
They also need to have a flexible schedule so that they can be available ON CALL throughout the week to work whenever bookings come in. Ideally they live close to the NWA Escape Room so that it will be a short commute.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
