Job Summary
NWA Cleaners is seeking dependable and hardworking Contract Cleaners to provide professional residential cleaning services throughout the Northwest Arkansas area. Contract Cleaners are responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and well-maintained homes while providing reliable and high-quality service to our clients. This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and is looking for consistent cleaning opportunities Monday through Friday.
What You'll Do:
- Provide professional residential cleaning services in clients' homes
- Complete standard and deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and other household cleaning tasks
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards to ensure quality and consistency
- Pay close attention to detail and leave each home clean and well-maintained
- Manage your time efficiently to complete cleaning jobs within the scheduled timeframe
- Communicate professionally with the NWA Cleaners team regarding schedules, job details, and any questions or concerns
- Respect clients' homes, belongings, and privacy
- Maintain a dependable schedule and arrive on time for assigned jobs

- Previous residential cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning, including standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout homes for extended periods
