LOCATION: Sacramento, CA (Remote, but must live within 50 miles of Sacramento)SALARY: $18.00/hr.SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm | Long-termINDUSTRY: Technology and automotive servicesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Answer customer questions by phone, email, or chat.Help customers use products and services.Troubleshoot simple technical issues.Record customer interactions in the system.Work with teammates to resolve customer concerns.
