Office Manager & Administrative Assistant
Hello -
My name is Stephen Rogers the owner of NW Softwash. I'm looking for an exceptional communicator and strong operator to help take our office to the next level.
I started this company in 2019 focusing on great customer service and employing the best talent that I can find to deliver an experience better than what our clients could get anywhere else.
The Office Manager role will lead our current 1-2 person CSR team and help develop our company for growth. You will need to be very organized and determined to continue building this role up to its potential.
This role will be working alongside myself to manage my schedule and email once we get the Office Manager role off the ground.
This role is not for the faint of heart. Some days are very full with customer service tasks while other days are slow during our off season. You must be skilled at time management and planning out required projects around the day to day tasks.
We are looking for an empathetic leader and a self starter that enjoys taking on complex projects with little owner intervention needed.

Pay: $75,000 - $90,000 (Experience Dependent)
