Workfront Program Manager – Marketing
Seattle, WA - Hybrid (4 days a week onsite)

This role will focus on driving adoption, governance, and strategic roadmap planning for Adobe Workfront, the organization's enterprise workflow management platform. The Workfront Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Digital, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure successful platform adoption, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. The ideal candidate has experience managing workflow management platforms, leading change management initiatives, and operating within large matrixed organizations.
Workfront Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption and change management initiatives for Adobe Workfront across Marketing and Digital teams.
- Serve as the central point of coordination for workflow processes, stakeholder communications, and platform-related initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve usability, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that promote platform awareness, adoption, and organizational alignment.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on roadmap priorities, enhancements, and platform initiatives.
- Monitor platform usage, identify pain points, and recommend process improvements to increase effectiveness and user engagement.
- Establish and maintain data quality, governance standards, and reporting accuracy across workflows.
- Collaborate with platform administrators and technology partners to support scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into reporting solutions and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Own and maintain the Adobe Workfront roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational goals.
- Facilitate roadmap reviews, prioritization discussions, and planning sessions with key stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Lead taxonomy and process updates to support evolving organizational needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workflow management, reporting capabilities, and user experience.
- Balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
Workfront Program Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management, program management, marketing operations, workflow management, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of change management experience, including driving adoption, stakeholder engagement, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing Adobe Workfront or similar workflow/project management platforms required.
- Experience working within large, complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, facilitate decision-making, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of workflow architecture, process optimization, governance, and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience with roadmap development, prioritization, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and other project management or collaboration tools.
- Change Management certifications are a plus.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale marketing, digital, or operational teams preferred.
- Retail, consumer-facing, or large corporate environment experience is a plus.
Salary : $65 - $85
