This is an on-site contract role for a Head of Sales based in Monroe, WA. The Head of Sales will oversee and manage the sales team, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and foster relationships with key accounts. Responsibilities include analyzing sales metrics, creating plans to meet organizational goals, and leading a team to ensure overall success. The individual will collaborate with other departments to align sales initiatives with the company’s broader objectives.
- Strong Sales and Account Management experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Proficiency in Sales Management and Team Management, with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team
