Underground Utility Laborer / Apprentice

We are a small, well-established underground utility contractor with an excellent reputation in our community. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who wants to learn a skilled trade and earn a good living. No previous ecperience is required - we're willing to train the right person.

What you'll do:

- Assist with the installation and repair of underground water and sewer lines.

- Work alongside an experienced leader to learn the trade.

- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.

- Dig, lift, carry materials, and perform other physical labor.

- Maintain a clean and safe job site.

- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Our ideal team member is:

- Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work. Able to lift 75-100 lbs.

- Eager to learn and willing to be taught.

- Positive, hardworking, and takes pride in doing quality work.

- Honest, respectful and a good teammate.

- Able to follow directions while developing new skills.

- Committed to working safely.

- Has a valid driver's license.

- Has a professional demeanor when working with clients.
