NW Generator Pros is seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our small but growing team serving Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington. We specialize in residential/light commercial standby generator installations, transfer switches, and electrical service upgrades.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in clean, professional work and wants to be part of a company focused on quality, communication, and long-term growth.
This person will be leading a team of three or four electricians in a customer facing role, as well as helping with other aspects of the generator installation (ex: helping move the generator in place, making a final gas connection to the generator, etc.).
Preferred Experience
- Standby generator installations
- Automatic transfer switches (ATS)
- Service changes and electrical panels
- Residential troubleshooting and service work
Responsibilities
- Install standby generators and transfer switches
- Perform electrical panel upgrades and related electrical work
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and installation documents
- Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Utilize company software
Requirements
- Oregon General Journeyman Electrician License (or Washington equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to lift and move equipment/materials as needed

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
