Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wellness Workshop Leader to facilitate wellness education sessions and hands-on workshops in professional business settings. You will lead engaging and scripted presentations, guide structured wellness activities, and ensure a positive and impactful experience for all participants.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate wellness workshops and educational sessions
- Lead participants through guided activities, exercises, and discussions
- Memorize and deliver scripted content with clarity and enthusiasm
- Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a smooth, respectful learning environment
- Use visual aids, interactive elements, and real-life examples to enhance presentations
- Adapt delivery style to suit group needs and engagement levels
- Collaborate with the internal wellness team to develop and refine workshop content
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and supportive space for all participants
- Arrive 45 - 60 minute early to setup
Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Public Health, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating wellness workshops or similar events
- Strong verbal presentation and classroom management skills
- Proven ability to deliver clear, engaging, and accessible content
- Ability to memorize and present scripted material accurately
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to different audiences and corporate cultures
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and digital presentation tools
- Relevant certifications in wellness, fitness, or health education a plus
- Painting skills
