This is an unique teaching position.NWAESC is accepting applications for an early childhood special education teacher. We serve students ages three through five who have special needs.
All applicants must be dependable, organized, possess good time management skills and be available between 8:00 - 4:00 during the school day. Strengths for this position include: knowledge of special education assessments, understanding of due process and an awareness of developmentally appropriate skills for ages three through five and the ability to collaborate with other professionals to meet student needs.Training is provided to support staff and provide them will skills needed to work with students with unique needs. Arkansas Department of Education license required for early childhood special education or willing to obtain an ALP.
