Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior to Mid-Level Research Assistant to support our Marketing and Proposals team. This is a dynamic, ongoing contract-to-hire role ideal for candidates with a background in marketing research and familiarity with government procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze procurement portals and government contracting opportunities
- Conduct market trend research to support strategic decision-making
- Assist in the preparation and development of government contract proposals, including RFP and RFI analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposal compliance and quality
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in marketing research or related field
- Experience with government procurement processes, including RFP/RFI analysis, is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is highly desirable
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
